Biography

Kaixuan Yang received his Master of Science degree in Communications Engineering from Technische Universität München (TUM), Munich, Germany, in 2022, and his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Beihang University (former BUAA), China, in 2019. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the IDLab, Ghent University - IMEC, Ghent, Belgium. His research interests include speech processing on compact and distributed microphone arrays, combining conventional signal prcoessing and novel deep learning techniques to exploit spatial, acoustical and semantic audio features.
